Hello like-minded Tri-Sheild enthuasists....

Check out the link to this thread and see if you can offer some help

http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?2 ... rrerid=589

SO It sounds like Im going to need to try another carb..... or borrow a carb, eliminate it being a bad apple and contributing to my problems.. and see if my overheating issues are totally resolved. Anyone have a carb they want to loan me? "71" 455 , with a Eldebrock q-jet intake.

Thanks

Buickruss

Just seen you replied.. as you can tell I didn't make it to the meeting.

I am interested , what kind/type of carb is it?

Again thank you for the offer

71 Q jet. It runs well but Idles rich on my 455. I didn't have the time to dial it in so put my john Osborne Qjet back on

I wrapped it up an its still sitting in my trunk..............Probably will still be there when we have the Muncie meeting. .....If ur in a hurry I could ship it to you
