As Mike and Tom noted below Indiana Street Rod Assn(ISRA),and LinderTech are still having a car show

For those who do not know it yet, Jim Linder's Fuel Injecter Shop has moved to 1330 Main St in Speedway Indiana. Main street is under construction and closed to the south end(10th st) so you must approach BUBBAS from 16th street Parking will be on main street and in Linders lot

Starting time on April 3, 2010 is 10:00am and ends at 1:30 pm
The Annual Easter egg hunt begins at 12:00 noon
The Annual Poker Walk begins at 10:00 am and ends at 12:30 pm ( $100 goes to the best hand) and includes businesses on Main St near the shop
Hot Dogs will be served

This information is correct. Linder's WILL have the car show on April 3rd as in previous years.....just at their new address. I confirmed this by email to Linders last week. It looks like their parking lot is much much smaller, but maybe the picture they have up on their website doesn't show everything......may be parking in a grassy area as well, who knows????

Update on this show......it is still happening for sure. These are words directly from Jim Linder himself today:

April 3rd starts at 10:00, everyone is invited ( especially the Buick
dudes ), we are located on 1330 main street in Speedway and main street
south of us is closed. You must come in main street off 16th street and

As long as the weather is nice I will try to make it again. It was fun last year and a lot of neat cars.

I'm planning on being there with the Turbo Regal, depending on the weather of course.

I plan to be there with the Pace Car If the weather is good enough to get it out on Good Friday to have ready.

Man.....I am SOOOOOO bummed out. I was informed recently by the boss that we have friends coming in for the weekend and spending a few days at our home. It sounds an awful lot like I won't be able to go to this show at all, but we'll see how it plays out. It's supposed to be mid-70's and sunny on Saturday too!!!

Well it was wet and cold for this event after having two of the nicest early April days I recall. Unfortunately the rain did not stop the whole time we were there. Good to see Mike Davis in the Riviera.

Lots of food and folks making the best of a great annual event. The shop is considerably smaller, but thankfully had wide eves to keep a lot of folks out of the rain.

I woke up and it was pouring rain here and the radar showed it was going to last a couple hours in Indy as well so I called it a no show.

Well, that just stinks! Great weather the day before and the day after the show date.......

I wouldn't have made it down there anyhow due to the friends we had in for the weekend. I spent all weekend chasing 4 kids around my house and all over the 500 and Children's museums.....

Hope those that attended at least had fun bench racing and chatting with fellow hot rodding friends.
